When Hannah was just a puppy, we took her swimming in a friend’s pool. She was a little hesitant at first, but when she realized that the only way to be with Mom and Dad was to get in the water, she jumped right in! Rottweilers ain’t called “Velcro Dogs” for nuthin, y’all!

How cute! Our dachsund jumps off our boat into the lake just to be with his family when we anchor to swim! He hates the water.

OMG, at first I thought it was Scooter, but then I realized it couldn’t be, because Scooter never willingly immerses himself in water. When it’s bath time, he somehow knows that we aren’t going to take him for a walk or a trip up to Petco when we say, “Scooter! Come on!” He goes and cowers in the corner next to the back door.
Perhaps we should try a new approach.
And while we’re at it, Miss Ginger – I’m going to get Part 4 soon, right? RIGHT?
